Post Convocation
Returning Of Robe
Convocation robe should be returned as per schedule below:
Date: 10th October 2024 (Saturday)
Time : Within 2-hours after ceremony
Venue : Waiting Hall, Setia City Convention Centre (Please refer to signage for the direction)
1. Graduands are advised to return the academic robe.
2. Graduands are to ensure that their academic robe is maintained in good condition.
3. A compensation fee is imposed on the graduands in the event of loss or damage of the academic robe.
4. If you wish to extend the rental duration of academic robe, you are required to inform to the Convocation Committee. The extension is subject to additional rental fees (RM 100/day) and deposit.

Photography
1. Photographs of each graduand will be taken when he/she receives the scroll on the stage .
2. Photography session with family can be taken on request at the photo studio. There will be an additional charge for the family photography session.
3. During the Convocation Ceremony, graduands and guests are strongly advised not to stand up or leave their seats to take photographs/videos. However, graduands and guests are allowed to take pictures from their seats.
