Confirmation of Attendance and Payment of Convocation fees
Total Payable fee is RM600 comprises of :
For Local Students
i) Reservation Deposit : RM100 (Refundable upon returns Convocation robe and mortar board.)
ii) Convocation Fee: RM500
Note:
For International Students Off Campus : 150 USD (Excluding Bank Charges)
i) RM100 (Refundable upon returns Convocation robe and mortar board)
The payment includes:
◉ Convocation Robe & Mortar board
◉ Certificate holder
◉ Photographs (On stage)
◉ Refreshment (Graduand)
It is COMPULSORY for all graduands to fill in the registration form.
To confirm your attendance to M.U.S.T 2024 Convocation ceremony, please register now by 17th September 2024.
The full Convocation fees should be paid to M.U.S.T before 30th September 2024.
Payment can be made through an online transaction. Official Receipt will be issued once payment be made.
Pre - Convocation
To graduands,
Please take note, you need to complete below tasks prior to the convocation day;
A) Class of 2024 graduands;
1. Convocation ceremony confirmation attendance
2. Tracer study 2024 (MOHE Requirement)
3. Educational Experience survey (University Requirement)
4.Graduation Sign off form.
B) Class of 2023 graduands;
1. Convocation ceremony confirmation attendance
IMPORTANT NOTE:
All tasks must be completed BEFORE graduands is allowed to collect the convocation robe and convocation items (certificate
and transcripts).
Tracer Study 2024
Sistem Kajian Pengesanan Graduan (SKPG) or MOHE Graduand Tracer Study is a survey conducted by the Ministry of Higher Education among graduands of higher learning institutions in conjunction with their convocation ceremonies for the purpose of knowing their job status and also for getting their feedback on various aspects of their institutions.
Kindly be informed that this MOHE Graduand Tracer Study 2024 is applicable to Malaysian citizens only.
You may fill in the MOHE Graduand Tracer Study starting 23rd August 2024. Please ensure to complete before 9th October 2024.
Educational Experience survey
You may fill in the Education Experience Survey starting 23rd August 2024. Please ensure to complete before 9th October 2024.
Graduation Sign Off Form
You may fill in the Graduation sign off form starting 15th August 2024. Please ensure to complete before 9th October 2024.
