Collection of Robe
Once full payment being made and all surveys (Tracer Study and Education Experience, Graduation sign off form.) completed, then proceed to collect the robe and mortar on 9th October 2024.
Date of collection
The robe can be collected at Setia City Convention Centre, Shah Alam from 1.00 pm – 5.00 pm.
The robe can be collected as per following schedule:
Undergraduate
Friday (9th October 2024)
12:00PM – 3:30PM
Postgraduate
Friday (9th October 2024)
3:30PM – 5:00PM
Graduands are requested to collect the Academic Robe personally to ensure that their academic robes are of the appropriate size.
Number of Guests
Each graduand will be given two (2) wristbands for 2 guests during the convo day.
However, the extra guests who are unable to enter the hall can watch the ceremony through the screen that will be made available in Hall 1, Foyer, Setia City Convention Center.
