Overview
The BLE programme is a cross disciplinary field of study that involves variety of courses that focuses on law enforcement, administration, security, and other relevant courses that will prepare our students to take over the future of law enforcement. With this programme we aim to give the students an advantage to learn, understand, appreciate, and apply the knowledge and skills in that they learn in their future undertaking. Besides studying, we encourage our student to also have fun. We have a variety of clubs and societies that you’re welcome to be a part of. Dabble in new experiences, spark creativity and passion, get to know a diverse range of people and have fun while studying.

Entry Requirement
a. Malaysian Citizens
b. Non-Malaysian Citizens
- A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM), with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.0) in any TWO subjects*; or
- A pass in STAM with at least Grade Jayyid*; or
- Matriculation or Foundation with at least CGPA of 2.00; or
- A Diploma (Level 4, MQF) with at least CGPA of 2.00; or
- An Advanced Diploma (Level 5, MQF) with at least CGPA of 2.00;
- Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government.
b. Non-Malaysian Citizens
- A-Level or equivalent; or
- Have finished at least 12 years of school education at primary or secondary (high school) level in the country of origin or of equivalent and recognized by the Malaysian Government; or
- Qualification from other local and overseas school/colleges that is recognized by Malaysian Government or equivalent.

Program Outcome
- Assess relevant legal principles, concepts, and theories to law enforcement processes in a contemporary political, economic, and social context.
- Elaborate on the impact of changing enforcement procedures and policies, information, and security technologies and structures within society using appropriate analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrate professional conduct and proficiency in selected investigation techniques in compliance with the law enforcement procedures in the country.
- Build a good interpersonal relationship with different stakeholders and cooperate responsibly as part of a team in diverse learning and working communities locally and internationally.
- Communicate effectively through excellent public speaking, presentation, and expression skills in the law enforcement environment involving the regulatory bodies and the society.
- Demonstrate the ability to use media hardware and software related to law enforcement, investigation, and security issues.
- Conduct investigation-related research through analytical inquiry, information gathering, assessing, and using rigorously to propose solutions and well-reasoned decisions in the various enforcement specialisations.
- Demonstrate managerial and leadership qualities through communicating and working effectively with a variety of regulatory bodies.
- Demonstrate appropriate information management and analytical skills in preparation for lifelong learning and professional pathways.
- Apply real-world perspectives and demonstrate entrepreneurial skills to manage effectively in enforcement and security services.
- Analyse the legal and ethical issues faced by law enforcement practitioners and propose practical and innovative solutions.
